Information you provide

When you submit a contact or demo inquiry, we receive your name, email address, company name, message, and whether your inquiry came from the Villain Consulting or Velora page. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer records.

How your inquiry is used

We use the information to respond, understand your business requirements, and discuss our services or a Velora demo. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Confidentiality and sharing

We treat your inquiry as confidential. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate our website, deliver email, and respond to your inquiry, or when required by law.

Email delivery and storage

Our public website uses Resend to send inquiries to our sales mailbox hosted by Purelymail. These providers and the email applications used to manage our mailbox process message content and delivery information. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form requests. The website does not create a separate lead database.

Messages remain in our business email records; they are not automatically deleted after a set period. You can contact us to request deletion. Records needed for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations may need to be retained.

Technical information and cookies

Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, browser information, and request timing, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check form submissions for spam. Turnstile processes technical browser and device signals and a verification token; the server checks the token before sending an inquiry. Hosting and email providers may retain operational and security logs under their own policies.

This website does not use analytics tools or advertising trackers. The contact form uses a third-party spam-prevention service. It does not track your activity across other websites, and its behavior does not change in response to a browser's Do Not Track setting.

Your questions and requests

To ask about an inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion of information you sent us, email sales@villainconsulting.com. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information before acting on it.

We will post updates on this page and change the date above when our website's information practices change.
